I'm having the exact same problem. With a little use both batteries are going to shut down mode with the 5 4 3 2 1. It's annoying as hell and unpredictable. I have no clue what it is. I thought for a second that it has to do with the Standby Setup, but I dunno for sure.

There is something on my side though, that I should share. This started happening after I put in the new battery (which is a Chinese aftermarket thing) from Ebay. I don't know if it is the reason though for sure, because it happened days after the first time I put it in, and now it's doing that one thing where it says, "Main Battery Power" is whatever, and it must shutdown to save information. When I remove the battery, and restart the Ipaq, then it shows that there's 77% battery life or more sometimes.

Anyone got any ideas?
