I too have had all sorts of problems with Blackjack Bluetooth and ActivSync. I tried Cingular support and they pushed me to Samsung. The Samsung support site is awful. In many support sections the Blackjack phone is not even listed. I called the support desk -- what a mess the voice-activated support line is. Geez.

Finally I get a human who tells that Blackjack bluetooth does not support activesync. This is a surprise as I was sold this as a feature when I bought the phone. She told me that "level 2 support looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if the Blackjack supports activesync over bluetooth."

She did tell me that Samsung is considering this type of support in the future. Surprising given the dumbfounded look from "level 2 support".

Love the phone, but not being able to bluetooth is the pits. And support is the pits too.
