Yes, it is true that they share the same frequence range, but I have seen posts to A2DP threads by owners of other devices that say they play WIFI streams with no problems. However, I've done some more searching and have found some note threads that indicates the 6700 may have a hardware design that limits simultaneous WIFI and Bluetooth too much for A2DP to work while streaming from WIFI.
