Like I posted just before, unlocking your extended ROM is the way to make room. It really is pretty easy to do.

As far as isolating files, I'm sure there's a way, but that is probably better asked on the xda developer's site. The majority of the size probably comes from the Widcomm specific program and all the BT profiles it supports.
