You're thinking ROM. The i730 has the same 64 megs of RAM.
Also I agree with the previous comments, most sites refer to all Windows Mobile phones as "smartphones". Even Engadget, who you'd think would know better, once said there was no reason for the Treos bulk when there were thin Windows Mobile devices out there, like the Q. Talk about apples and oranges. The specs of the i760 definitely suggest a full blown Windows Mobile phone, not a smartphone edition phone.
