I think you just misunderstood my reply to the post you're talking about.

I can't say for sure, but my Plantronics 510 phone headset will connect automagically when I turn it on, as long as BT is turned on of course and even after you've turned BT off and then back on.

That was talking about the handsfree/headset profile which relates to phone headsets. Stereo is usually refered to as Wireless Stereo Profile. So to answer your question I only get phone and Voice command related audio over my Plantronics 510. That being said bt toggle can probably do the job for you but I can't help you out with it, sorry
