4GB Mini SD (yes I did search first >_<) Couldn't find

I got message from an Ebay seller (I bought his 2GB) that he would be selling 4GB next week...
I remember I bought 1GB xD only to find out that my digital camera can't use 1GB or more so I wanted to ask you guys before I started considering buying the 3 or 4GB...
Can 6700 use them?
