Using this fix from Microsoft before Nov 4 of this year will cause your PDA to once again "fall back" an hour on Nov 4. Apply the CAB file or manual registry changes after then. You will see the "application" installed in your Remove Programs icon. The only way to verify that it is installed correctly is to manually check the registry, or set your PDA's date to 1:58am on March 11, 2007. If it changes, then it works. I did perform these tests on my i730 for both the new dates in 2007.
