Ditto on both of those for me. My wife's Moto E815 has really nice voice software out of the box. My guess is that UTS has a deal with M$ so that people have to buy MSVC if they want this feature.

I realy don't understand this. I haven't had to train mine, just add voice tags. That seems like what I've had to do in the past for voice dialing. |
