That has already been mentioned here.
It is #1 in my list and is, IMO, the single the most annoying thing about the device:

1.) Fix the unlock feature so it doesn't require so many extra steps. It should not require you to have to hit Alt, Alt to enter a number to unlock. It should realize when you have entered your unlock code and just process it rather than making you press unlock again. Right now, every time I touch my Q, I have to enter 8 keystrokes to unlock it. Our Exchange server settings force devices to be locked after 5 minutes.

As a side note, I have a neighbor that works for Verizon that I was explaining this to. He said he checked into it and this was already on the list of known issues at Verizon.
