As I understand, and please correct me if I am missing something, these cab and reg files apparently allow stereo bluetooth headsets to work in a device that was mono only.

I would like to know if these mods have any impact on the BT DUN data xfer rates. The max rates I can get are about 315 kbps EV-DO using BT v1.2 as compared to 800 kbps via USB with strong signals. Do the mods alter that in any way? I suspect not, but I want to ask to make sure.
