I did a hard reset on my phone, and still had the problem. I could have sent the phone off to have work done on it but I felt that I then purchased a used pocket pc from ebay and after 6 more months purchased a T-Mobile MDA. The mda is an okay phone but the smaller screen is harder to negotiate for this older techie.
