What a nightmare! Now I'm starting to remember why I bailed from Verizon after 10+ years. If T-Mobile had decent reception and a PDA phone like the i730 I never would have come back.

Ok, I lied. Now customer service is saying "We don't support tethering with PDA devices". Ever *after* I told them to go look at vzam.net which says they do. And after another round on hold they say "We might be able to do it for $35/month -- I'll have to check".
Those of you who have done this, how did you get the service? Are you really getting it for $15.99/month?
