OK, I'm going to try on another computer tonight and see if I have better luck. I wonder if I'd have better luck w/ a sync cable instead of my crazy bent paper clip scheme. I should sell the paper clip thing, I spent so much time bending it to the perfect angle so I could just give it a little tug and it would reset without comming out of the cradle. I cant believe there isn't a simpler way...
