Can anyone help? I am trying to downgrade my moms phone (power user mom)! I get to the point where it is in PDA Emergency Mode, and up pops a little pop up that says this is a non compatible usb device. I have tried several times. I have even tried finding drivers that would work while it is in the PDA emergency mode, with no luck. PLEASE HELP
The usb error states that one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.
