Yes it is fun, but then they gave me the answers I wanted when they looked a little harder... I hate that their first answers is "no, doesn't work, don't have it, not going to get it", then they look and go, "oh it is available, blah blah blah".
At least we got an answer and hopefully will have it by July 15. That will make the i730 even more valuable, since I don't do push e-mail because of being in a 1x network 80% of the time. This will be nice... very nice...
Also for those interested, to get to that page, click on Business, then in the upper right, click support, then click FAQ, and you will see it listed on the right hand side called Data Session Call Waiting (CPOP).
That's how I found it to show them, and then the girl searched for me. Even though the CS reps are mostly clueless, at least they are nice, apologize for keeping you on hold, speak English, and when they find the answer they are willing to do something about it. Even though you sometimes have to jump through hoops, at least I can talk to and understand the reps, and at least they know what I am saying when I get angry...
For all the complaining we do about the Verizon CS reps, I have yet to get a angry, mean, or hard to understand one. They might be clueless, but I don't mind teaching them their job when I get stuff for free, like 2000 SMS messages, and an occasional 100 minutes for my trouble. Then Verizon goes and does something like this, and redeems themselves a little...
So I have to applaud Verizon for this, and say I am happy they aren't charging for it...
