I don't think a definite list of Updates has been released.

the file on the software updates page "XV6700 Upgrade Procedure.doc" says: *An updated User Manual is available on the UTStarcom website detailing the changes in the Maintenance Release."

However the updated Sprint Manual that another user linked in a few messages above, doesn't actually have an item by item list of fixes ... it is just a manual the includes instructions for the new features (ie Direct Push, Voice Tags ...)

On the whole my device "feels" like it is running faster and more stable ... I've done numerous rebuilds before this ROM update so I know it isn't just that I've "cleaned things out"

We might have to probe a bit to find an actually Version History of fixes from the 1.XX ROM to the 2.XX ROM.

I am also curious why this update is coming from the Manufacturer rather than the Carrier ... unless VZW didn't want THEIR website ground to a halt by all us devoted 6700 fans, like the UTSTAR website was yesterday.
