Thanks... It's funny I was going through the front ports on both my systems @ work and could not get it to recognize as USB - so then I tried the rear ports (right on the MB) still didn't work .... Dejected and depressed I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it @ home....
It works!!! - Only difference is the Motherboard manufacturer Asus = both systems @ work and Foxconn @ home...
either way - upgrading now
