Groundn- It will- just copy and overwrite the existing .bmp's and you will be reducing the overall file sizes for existing dialer skin. The Eten program itself is a series of .dll's and installs over whatever whatever dialer you had before. It allows the "hotspots" of the .bmp's to be mapped as digits etc. Once installed though, changing skins (the .bmp's) has no effect on the E-Ten itself. That is my understanding of how it works. Refer to the first post on how to change skins too. Once you copy over the new files, don't forget to soft reset.
