Not necessarily the same antenna, but the same 2.4 frequency. Bluetooth if I remember correctly is spread spectrum so you might be experiencing issues when it hops into the range your AP is using. I'm not sure however if it hops till it finds a non-congested chanel and stays there like cordless phones do.
