I had the same problem. The design seemed a bit poor on that headset, and there is no way to adjust it. For me I think the issue is I have a large head (hat size 7 3/4) I had to dump them and go with the Plantronics 590a they are much more comfortable and priced the same.
I'm still totally bummed Im on verizon so this option won't work for me, and MSI won't pair with my head set so I'm still stuck with the dongle. |
