Great to hear that you're getting good speeds, but I don't think the PRL would have anything to do with it.

A PRL update only deals with priority on roaming towers, and since you're not roaming it wouldn't apply. Even if Sprint plopped a new tower in your neighborhood your phone should find it regardless of what PRL you have.
