I have the HT820 and I can save you the trouble... It doesn't work. If you want to try for yourself, you need to first put the HT800 into discover mode by holding down the left headset button until it glows blue. Then the MSI software will detect the headphones. Unfortunately, the headphones have a passkey and the MSI software doesn't have any method of entering the passkey so that a parring can take place. I tried [edited] around with the registry for the software to see if I could get it to accept the passkey but no luck. You are welcome to try but If your luck is the same as mine then all you will be doing is a lot of soft resetting of your phone.
