I have been using the MDA since its release on Feb. 21st and I love the phone. My problem is with GMail pop access and I don't know if it is the phone, or with GMail's POP setup. Basically, I check for new mail, and the mail is downloaded. Then, when the MDA activates another send/receive, the mail that was previously displayed on my phone disappears. Has anyone else had a similar problem with GMail POP access? I have set up my Gmail pop access with "Enable POP for all mail" and it seems like when the MDA connects to get email, the GMail settings switch to "Enable POP for all mail that arrives from now on."

I have set up this account using the "New Account" option which goes directly to GMail to get the mail, and using T-Mobile's "My E-mail" service. same problem with both.

Also, when using My E-mail, do you get charged a text message fee when T-Mobile sends the silent trigger (e-mail trigger) to your phone?
