keri - if you haven't changed your slot cycle index to 0 (or 1, but i prefer 0) that could be the source of your problems.

search for "ringer response" and check out the method for changing the SCI - it's clearly explained in post #15 and will likely solve your problem if you haven't done it already.

if not, i'm afraid you're out of luck - i didn't notice any option for changing rings before voicemail from sprint...thought AT&T used to offer it.
