Ok folks, you can now test the PDA Friendly skin at
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/index.php?styleid=10 . If you need to get back to the fullscreen, it is
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/index.php?styleid=7 . Cookies should keep them set on the different devices, so it shouldn't be a problem. So, if you log in on your PDA and select the PDA skin, then it should stay that way on that device. You can log in with the same ID on your PC, and select the full screen skin, and it will stay that way also. The cookie controls it, so each device should remember the correct skin.
There are a few issues that I am aware of, but I wanted to get feedback from the community at large before having the developer fix it. This is a beta... meaning, it isn't expected to be perfect. Over time, the PDA Skin may become part of a premium offering that would be availble for a fee. The reason for this thinking is that the site is funded by advertising only, and there is not advertising on the PDA Skin. I'm not saying for sure that this will happen, just wanted to make you aware in case it happens doen the road.
