These ringtones are part of the ROM and is in the Windows folderand they should have a space in the filename. You'll need a different file explorer to see these files since the builtin file explorer hides ROM files. As for the error msg, I'm not sure why you are getting that. Try soft resetting to see if that works. Also, have you installed any apps recently that works with the phone app?
