unable to selct ringtone, error: "Ring tone file is corrupt or unavailable"
When I go into Phone-Options I can no longer select any ringtone from the list. I get an error "Ring tone file is corrupt or unavailable." The list of ringtones includes a <space> character between the name and the .wma extension. Like this:
Fantasy .wma
Mystic .wma
OldPhone .wma
I cannot find where the ringtone list is generated/stored or why there is a <space> before the .wma extension. Nor can I find the listed ringtones on my phone. (Find says they are in /windows, but File Manager does not see them).
Anyone know how to set the ringtones back to their defaults or ideas on how to correct this issue? (Other than a hard reset).
Thanks!
Craig
