PPC 6700 via the CDMA Cell Modem is outside most home or corporate routers. Home routers can be configured by thier owners to port forward 3389 and/or 5900 so you can access home computers running Remote Desktop and/or VNC Server.
To get to computer inside of a corporate router, typically you need a VPN program to get past the corporate router. PPC 6700 has a built-in PPTP VPN which works with Windows 2003 Server. For Cisco VPN I have purchased the

$79 Bluefire VPN Client which works with WM5 and the PPC 7600. This may require some manual configuration so that the client and router security settings match.
Once you VPN through the Firewall then you can use Remote Desktop or VNC to initiate a remote session.

Has a free Remote Client that easily installs on PC and PPC. It even gets through Firewall without VPN. Try It!
