I had problems with the eWallet Syncpro as well, emailed tech support, within hours they sent the following to fix it. I just wish it had been on their site.

and run it while your device is actively connected to your PC. One thing to watch for is that the first time you sync you will get a message on the Pocket PC asking you to authorize the syncstub.exe file. Choose YES when it asks. This will update the synchronization engine.
