Does anyone know where I could get the flip cover to answer the phone? I've actually lost the wire which I didn't like very much anyway, and this sounds like an ideal solution.

I'm also looking for a replacement back housing. The door that holds the sim card in place has broken and I've been using tape to hold it in place, but now it's not making contact.

Basically I really like the Tungsten W, but it should be more rugged, and the support from Palm was a disappointment.
