There are a lot of Bluetooth headsets out there and the Treo 700w is BT 1.1 and 1.2 compatible so it comes down to individual preference, form and function.

Motorola Headsets, I currently have the HS810 and wil be upgrading to the HS700.

Hands Free Kits (HFK)
I opted for the IHF1000 BT HFK and hope to put together something soon on its overall performance, I can say it works well.

Verizon does offer a variety of headsets on their site.

GPS BT Options:
I know that TomTom does work on 240*240 devices since I had the hw6515 the first 240*240 device. They also now support WM5 so I have a request into them regarding the Treo 700w and support.
