Mugen worst attribute has been their handling of new products. They could use some better marketing skills. Don't get me wrong: they make top-notch products and have excellent customer service after the sale. Unfortunately, they don't understand their customer's desire for timely information regarding their products. The PPC community moves very fast. Mugen doesn't react well to that.

One thing is for sure: when it does come out, it will be priced nicely and be an excellent product.
