Read the instrutions.
All you will need to do is copy the *.cab files to your device and double click(self install) on them but these fixes cause others issues.(I was not happy with it) The only only real fix is the 2.04 CE build with the Broadcom update.
Based on how you are asking these question I recomend you do some serious reading be for you move forward. If you make a mistake you can turn you device into a $400 brick. __________________
