Make sure you have the latest 7100 software downloaded from your carriers web site. Execute the downloaded program.
Locate and delete "Vendor.XML" from your C: drive
Restart Desktop Manager and Applicaiton Loader. Make sure every box is checked off (for all code you want to install).
