I think if Sony joins forces with Sony Ericsson to enter the PDA-Phone market, then the new Palm should REALLY watch out. Palm would have been in trouble competing with Sony after PalmSource has been spun off. They now have an edge against Sony until Sony joins that race. I don't think it is a matter of if they join; it is only a metter of when.
