True, and I do use it for exchange, but it is my belief that these companies should not be nickel and diming their customers that spend $100+ per month on their service. When I first got a cell phone 8 or so years ago, text messaging was included in all plans. Then, when it became the new fad in communicating, the cell phone companies realized that they could be charging their customers to do this. The bottom line is that this is a feature that was, and should now be included with our service regardless. That is just my two cents.
