I just called Verizon support, asked them to add the 2,000 PDA SMS plan. She had never heard of it, so I had her ask her supervisor. 10 minutes later, it was on my plan and my $3 100 message plan was removed. I am glad that they are giving us text messages for free. You would think that it would be included for $109 per month!!!
