I tried three times today and one rep almost laughed at the thought of 2000 free sms messages. They were pretty firm about it not being free. Does anyone know the magic words or exact thing to ask for perhaps a code? I asked for the 2000 sms allowance and none of them could find it. I tried the Data tech and they kept on telling me to use wireless sync but I don't want a pc to be on 24/7 to monitor my email. Plus there are other email push servers that uses sms to trigger a sync such as notifylink which I may be testing in the future. I think we pay enough for data usage as it is. How did the successful people go about getting the sms allowance?
