I just got my bill with 584 text messages (yep, that's $58.40) and called about this right away. (These messages are computer generated alarm emails. We were setting a system up last month with a lot of testing. Expensive testing as it turned out.)

At first the rep said not such plan was available but I kept calling it other things and she put me on hold for a LONG time, came back and asked a few questions about my phone and as soon as I said it was Windows CE she said that was all she needed.

I got the plan and she started it from the beginning of this month to cover the 46 messages I had received.
