I just called CS to try to get the PDA SMS 2000 allowance, the CS rep bumped me to a technical assistance rep (but not data support) it took him about 20-25 minutes to find the plan and activate it, and that was after I emailed him a copy of the screen shot posted earlier in the thread. He informed me that the plan is only available to those who have a: a pda phone, unlimited data, AND sync with an exchange server. He then asked me about our exchange server before he would activate the plan.
