I have that exact plan, the Core Choice 450 Business w\ Data and just got it added on yesterday. Call back. I originally called the business support number and asked to be transferred to WDTS. They gave me the runaround and I just said OK Thanks Bye. I called back 611, told a nice CSR exactly what I wanted and she had it on within 2 minutes. So they were probably bull****ting you. I'd call back till you get it.
