Just as an FYI to others, I called also, but it took me 2 calls to get the plan.

First operator told my "I have no such plan in the computer, and I even did a broad search" blah blah blah.

I hung up.

I called back immediately.

This operator said "Yes sir, I see the plan, and I have just added it to your account."

As easy as that.

I went online and saw it on my account - although I needed help from another user - flooty - to find it.

I went into My Account>Equipment and Plans>Change Calling Plan

At the top it says "Current Plan" and "Monthly Access" with a link that says "More Details" Clicking that link shows me among other things:

PDA SMS 2000 ALLOWANCE $0 $0.00
