After getting sooo excited and having the rep find the feature, she actually started calling other departments to make sure she was allowed to add the feature. She came back after over 5 minutes and said she was told that the package is not being offered at this time.

So no deal. She said she spoke to a number of departments including the data suport group. So for those who got the package, you are fortunate!
