Ask to be transferred to the Data Support Team and mention to them you have an Exchange Server that's getting installed in your office, and your IT guy mentioned something about 2000 messages for exchange syncing on the i730.

The normal CS reps don't know anything about this device. Get Data support team on the phone, or search the forums for a direct number.
