There may be a new problem here. I got my PPC-6700 today. When I attempt to connect to the PC using WModem via USB, I get a message: "Could not prepare vision services, please initiate IOTA on device and try again later." Tech support at Sprint told me earlier that the 6700 would block usage as a modem if I did not augment my "Power Vision Ultimate" package with the "Flex Power Vision Data Plan." Perhaps this is how that is done?
Also, although I had the WModem program in the 6700, I did not have the usbmdm.inf or usb_modemdialer.exe files that the manual said were required.
I am getting confirmation from tech support as soon as I get through.
Has anyone else encountered this?
