I started with a new plan and new number and got the power vision pack - which is just really internet. There. to my knowledge anyway. no sprint vision services that this phone uses. If you take pictures you just attach them and send it the persons sprint picture mail address or to whatever email address you like.
People keeping their existing plan probably get billed because having the 6700 may use a different billing code.
