This has been a turbulent thread to read. Nevertheless I am glad I did read it in it's entirety.

I'm glad I decided to wait and see on this. I did not install Nweb even though I registered for it. I have been using WebPro for months thus I probablly would not miss it. Except of course if I could not reclaim the resources consumed by it remaining on my phone. In any event Blazer still works for me and I hope I never get the FSOD.

Has anyone received a written response from Sprint regarding our/any grievances regarding the i500 and/or a comparable upgrade? If so please provide the Point of Contact (POC) and rate their ability to keep i500 owners from being discarded further?
