Your username should be your normal Sprint PCS cell phone's email address, which you can get from "phone info" in most phones.

Your password should be your normal Sprint PCS vision account's password

You can get the info on both from calling a CSR. They usually are pretty good about helping you with that info once they can identify that it is you, in fact, who is calling about your account.

MY problem with BT is that once I install it and its software onto my laptop, I can no longer access the internet, although I can ping IP addresses, etc.
