Anybody who got this working with bluetooth -- please help.
I've set up a partnership with Windows XP. The PPC shows up in "bluetooth devices" in Windows. If I select my PPC in the panel and click "properties," then the "services" tab, I see "dial-up networking (DUN) Com 4" -- and it is checked off. Seems good to me.
I load wmodem and start it up.
Back to my laptop: load "bluetooth network connection" (found in the network connections group) and no bluetooth devices are listed. I click add, and after searching, it can't find mine. My PPC is set to discoverable, so I know that isn't the problem. So maybe this doesn't work because its for PAN services, and I'm supposed to be working via DUN. Now, if only I had a clue what to do with that hypothesis.
Somebody help me take the next step please.
